Jim just told me that the Orioles have agree to get Sammy on these conditions:
SamME passes medical tests
He waives his no trade clause
He waive his 2006 salary
Cubs pays part of this year contract
Cubs get Jerry Hairston Jr. and a bushel of Crabs.
I get a good player who is willing to play anywhere and bat anytime.
Time to get out the Colt 45 malt liquor and call Dick Pole over to party. Lets play ball.
